Hosted by AUVSI (Association for Unmanned Vehicle Systems International), the Unmanned Systems North America 2010 event is the largest display of robotic and unmanned systems hardware in the world. AUVSI’s 2010 convention will host 450 exhibitors, 140 technical presentations, and indoor vehicle demonstrations from government, industry and academia. There will be access to Civil Airspace for UAVs, Unmanned Systems for Law Enforcement, Unmanned Systems for Fire Fighting, Unmanned  Vehicles in the Gulf Oil Spill, Driverless Automobiles, Explosive Ordnance Detonation/Disposal, and much more. Several Exhibitors will have full size unmanned technologies on display, including Northrop Grumman’s Global Hawk; there will also be hands on demonstrations. Three live demonstration areas include an aerial enclosure, a ground track and a 9,000 gallon tank.
