The Intelligent Community Forum has named its 2011 Top Seven Intelligent Communities of the Year. They include Dublin, Ohio (all-Dublin wireless network and DubLink, a public-private fiber network for business, government and schools), and Stratford, Ontario, Canada (60 km of optical fiber used as the backbone of a public WiFi network).
