Neuroscience 2010, the Society for Neuroscience’s 40th annual meeting, is scheduled for Nov. 13-17 in San Diego, CA at the San Diego Convention Center. The Neuroscience conference is the world’s largest forum for neuroscientists to debut research and network with colleagues from around the world. This year at Neuroscience 2010, neuroscientist Robert Wurtz will receive the $500,000 Gruber Neuroscience Prize for his work in the neurophysiology of visual cognition. There will also be lectures and discussions on brain development, neural excitement, nervous system disorders, the neuroendocrine system and many more. More than 30,000 attendees are expected, and thousands of abstracts will be presented.
