New Flexible, Transparent Transistors made of Nanotubes

Hanyang University researchers have constructed a thin-film transistor from single-wall carbon nanotubes, eliminating the need to control each nanotube.

The method provides a practical way to fabricate transparent thin-film electronics, such as flat-panel displays and future optoelectronics devices.
